Everyone who has done an iota of research on health care reform knows that it is nowhere near socialized medicine, not even of the European variety. It will still be a private system. And if it was so bad, so anti-capitalistic, why did health insurance company stocks not take even the slightest hit in trading the day after the bill passed? Also, what do you think the economy would look like had the big banks not been bailed out? You think the recession has been bad, without the bailout the Great Depression would have looked like the glory days.
It’s also convenient that you don’t provide any links to the full text of the UN Small Arms treaty that you fear so much. Not to mention the outright lie that you tell about it just going into effect because the Dept. of State signed it. All treaties must be approved by the Senate before going into effect, Kyoto’s failure as case-in-point. Also, it’s telling that Michael Bloomberg has been hypercritical of the Obama adminstration for a long time for what he sees as their lack of effort on gun control. Too, Obama has actually expanded gun rights by signing into law a bill allowing for the carry of weapons on federal land — which made those cute little gun protests possible about two months ago in Virginia and D.C. This treaty has not, in fact, gone into effect and will not change one thing about international arms sales. (In fact, go back and read the article that you yourself provided a link to; there is to be no vote on such a treaty until 2012 — and the United States will retain veto power over such a treaty.) The United States will remain the primary global supplier of conventional weapons.

No treaty can remove the citizens of this country, right to keep and bare arms. This wouild reguire a major change to the constitution, chich requires at least a 75% vote from congress and review by the US Supreme Court. Dr. Ott , I am in the oil business and have been looking into EOR (Enhanced Oil Recovery) for old oilfields. A new product called Encapsol makes oil heaver than water but keeps the oil from sticking to anything. See the Youtube videos. I am not a chemist -I understand you are. Could a breaker be used to suddenly release the oil back to the surface? Wouldn’t that cause a greater catastrophe caused at any time with just a simple chemical reaction. I’ve read of work to switch on and off surfactants to go from hydrophobic to hydrophilic.

Yes, there are surfactants to switch petrochemicals from hydrophobic to hydrophilic — but as you know, there is usually a trade-off with increased toxicity. Each time the “switch” occurs — studies must be conducted to see what changes happen to the benzene structures.
The AmeriHaz product has passed all of these tests – and we are waiting for word to see if it will be allowed to be deployed in the Gulf disaster. It causes the oil to congeal and solidify ON THE SURFACE – with zero toxicity. The oil can then be harvested and then burned with almost zero ash – but very high BTU.

Did They Dump the Earth’s Oxygen Production?
Bacteria and Algae produce most of the earth’s oxygen. A simple explanation of the process is there are 2 types of bacteria, aerobic and anaerobic. Aerobic bacteria (oxygen loving) produce oxygen and carbon dioxide as a byproduct; anaerobes off gas hydrogen sulfide, methane, sulfur dioxide and many other VOC’s toxic to humans.
There is a natural balance that has developed to degrade organic matter and produce beneficial gasses needed for life. If you’ve ever dealt with a septic system you witnessed this vital life cycle. Get the system out of balance –things begin to stink quickly.
This happens in the natural dead zones of the Gulf of Mexico where anaerobes take over the biodegradation of the organic material and that eats up the oxygen needed for the aerobic bacteria to take over.
Corexit and Methane have undermined the fragile bio balance by killing off the aerobic bacteria and algae(cyanobacteria) leaving only the Anaerobes to consume oil and other organics and off gas toxic H2S and other VOC’s. These VOC’s displace oxygen and deadly to all air breathing life. Hydrogen Sulfide is a killer, its kills people in sewer systems and on drilling rig floors every year. This rotten egg smelling gas was used to kill in the California Death Chamber.
BP killed off trillions and trillions of friendly oxygen loving and producing bacteria that have dropped oxygen levels in the Gulf waters and atmosphere. These deaths may have horrific ramifications to those of us who breathe oxygen.
Why isn’t the EPA reporting the oxygen levels in the town and cities of the gulf? If levels fall much below 20% millions of American citizens will be in danger of plagues and widespread diseases due to hypoxia.

The triumph of purist ideology over compassion and science means suffering and death for organic farm animals across America.
The week-old dairy calf, gangly and still, lay on a barn floor, her long-lashed eyes rolled back to expose the blue-white rim. The next morning, when I went to help my neighbor with his newborns, the calf was dead.
U.S. Department of Agriculture regulations defining organic standards mandate that if this calf had gotten one dose of antibiotics, even to save her life, she could never give organic milk – even after the two years it takes for her to become a milker, and even though neither she nor her milk would retain any trace of antibiotics.
Farmers are not generally callous or cruel, but neither are they sentimental. Organic standards mandate that they take all measures to save the life of an animal, but treatment strategies can be subjective, and loss of organic status factors into a farmer’s decision. After all, antibiotics don’t always work, and sometimes animals recover without them. So decent farmers wait while an animal suffers, and crosses that line past which no intervention can reverse the slide to death.
“Yes, I have seen examples of when producers had a little too much optimism,” says Brian Baker, director of the Institute for Sustainability at SUNY’s Alfred State College. He opposed the 100 percent antibiotic ban when it was proposed, and would like to see a reasoned debate on the issue.
A few weeks later, another calf started to fail. Too weak to suck, she let milk from the bottle leak into my hand as I cupped her head. The farmer weighed his options, and muttering in frustration and anger, reached for the antibiotics and the phone. He injected the calf and called the organic standards regulator to report that this calf was no longer organic.
The next morning, she was back on her feet – but ruined as an organic milker. With that one shot, an ethical farmer lost much of his investment in breeding and maintaining quality organic stock.
Clearly, antibiotic overuse in conventional agriculture is a disaster. Daily low-dose antibiotics make animals grow larger and quicker, and they hold off disease and infection so livestock can survive the crowded, filthy conditions at industrial farms and feedlots. But as the 15 million to 17 million pounds of subtherapeutic antibiotics that America’s livestock consume annually breed resistance in virulent pathogens, the antibiotics humans rely on are failing.
In the 1990s, an embattled organics movement defeated agribusiness’ attempt to allow all drugs, toxic pesticides and genetic engineering to fall under the proposed USDA organic label. Some speculate that when agribusiness saw that its strategy to eviscerate standards would fail, it began advocating regulations so strict that few farmers would adopt them, and those that did would become uncompetitive.
While some European and Canadian organic regulations are tighter, farmers there can administer therapeutic antibiotics as long as the animal is treated rarely and is withdrawn from meat or milk production for twice the time the drug remains in its system.
Some organic proponents now quietly recognize that the 100 percent ban on antibiotics needs to be re-examined, especially in light of a growing move to incorporate animal welfare into the discussion.
Others remain pure. Allowing one-time therapeutic antibiotics is “a slippery slope,” says Ronnie Cummins, national director of the Organic Consumers Association, and would “undermine consumer confidence in organics.”
But when I took an unscientific survey at a farmers market in Montpelier, Vt., recently, every consumer I asked assumed that organic livestock are – and should be – getting antibiotics for life-threatening diseases, and that a “no-antibiotics” label meant no subtherapeutic use. Organic farmers I asked want the regulation changed, and several locavore producers said they would not go organic precisely because they wanted the option of treating a sick animal without risking financial hardship.
It’s time for the organic movement to incorporate science and compassion into organic standards and allow the rare, regulated use of lifesaving antibiotics.

The Organic Farmer movement must be made aware of this tactic and counter it. We know that the drugs are bad for not only the cows, but the end-user….humans! So decent farmers wait while an animal suffers, and crosses that line past which no intervention can reverse the slide to death.
“Yes, I have seen examples of when producers had a little too much optimism,” says Brian Baker, director of the Institute for Sustainability at SUNY’s Alfred State College. He opposed the 100 percent antibiotic ban when it was proposed, and would like to see a reasoned debate on the issue.
A few weeks later, another calf started to fail. Too weak to suck, she let milk from the bottle leak into my hand as I cupped her head. The farmer weighed his options, and muttering in frustration and anger, reached for the antibiotics and the phone. He injected the calf and called the organic standards regulator to report that this calf was no longer organic.
The next morning, she was back on her feet – but ruined as an organic milker. With that one shot, an ethical farmer lost much of his investment in breeding and maintaining quality organic stock.
Clearly, antibiotic overuse in conventional agriculture is a disaster. Daily low-dose antibiotics make animals grow larger and quicker, and they hold off disease and infection so livestock can survive the crowded, filthy conditions at industrial farms and feedlots. But as the 15 million to 17 million pounds of subtherapeutic antibiotics that America’s livestock consume annually breed resistance in virulent pathogens, the antibiotics humans rely on are failing.
In the 1990s, an embattled organics movement defeated agribusiness’ attempt to allow all drugs, toxic pesticides and genetic engineering to fall under the proposed USDA organic label. Some speculate that when agribusiness saw that its strategy to eviscerate standards would fail, it began advocating regulations so strict that few farmers would adopt them, and those that did would become uncompetitive.
While some European and Canadian organic regulations are tighter, farmers there can administer therapeutic antibiotics as long as the animal is treated rarely and is withdrawn from meat or milk production for twice the time the drug remains in its system.
Some organic proponents now quietly recognize that the 100 percent ban on antibiotics needs to be re-examined, especially in light of a growing move to incorporate animal welfare into the discussion.
Others remain pure. Allowing one-time therapeutic antibiotics is “a slippery slope,” says Ronnie Cummins, national director of the Organic Consumers Association, and would “undermine consumer confidence in organics.”
But when I took an unscientific survey at a farmers market in Montpelier, Vt., recently, every consumer I asked assumed that organic livestock are – and should be – getting antibiotics for life-threatening diseases, and that a “no-antibiotics” label meant no subtherapeutic use. Organic farmers I asked want the regulation changed, and several locavore producers said they would not go organic precisely because they wanted the option of treating a sick animal without risking financial hardship.
It’s time for the organic movement to incorporate science and compassion into organic standards and allow the rare, regulated use of lifesaving antibiotics.

It seems the powers that be are making their lackeys paint the organic milk movement on of animal cruelty, since organic farmers do not give their cows these drugs. The Organic Farmer movement must be made aware of this tactic and counter it. We know that the drugs are bad for not only the cows, but the end-user….humans! Full countermeasures need to be made before the unwashed sheeple accept the organic movement as cruel to animals, which is idiotic anyway, because what about the animals in the wild? Do they heed calls to go to their local clinics for antibiotics or flu shots? TPTB are stupid. Logic is also a good weapon in our fight against them.

Drew about your show on 10/7 about the flu vaccine causing abortions and miscarriages…a childhood friend of mine’s wife, was 7 months pregnant and took the H1N1 flu shot last year….several hours later after taking the shot, she was rushed to the emergency room in labor. The child was born premature, and was definitely due to the shot…there is no question. Everything was going fine up until that point.
My brother’s sister in law, who works in healthcare, had to take the flu shot as well last year, and she cannot get pregnant now.
Johnathan Irish’s father, John Irish was on Pastor Butch Paugh’s GCN radio show tonight (Oct. 12, 2012) and is telling a very different story. John Irish stated that Stephanie’s other two children were taken away from them due to physical abuse-a baby sitter took the children to the hospital while Johnathan and Stephanie were out. The father, John Irish also heard Johnathan verbally abusing Stephanie over the phone and also heard Stephanie screaming. The father was very distraught and emotional about having to speak about his only son in this way. Please don’t jump the gun on this story. Please investigate the other side. The father also said that Johnathan threatened him to keep his mouth shut and now the father fears bodily harm from his own son.

Don’t get me wrong — there is a lot of “baggage” with Stephanie and her current ‘fiance’. Irish, being an ex-military, has some issues – including anger management – without a doubt. However, the POINT is how powerful CPS has become, and how they have clearly circumvented the LAW in not only this case, but hundreds of others across the country.
This is an issue of PRE-CRIME – ala the movie “Minority Report”. The newborn infant was NOT abused in any way. Should the social workers keep a close eye on the situation, and monitor the child’s welfare closely — OK – surely. I have no problem with that – and if SOLID EVIDENCE is found that the child is being hurt or neglected, THEN take action. But taking the child IMMEDIATELY FROM THE HOSPITAL without allowing maternal bonding — that is the epitome of a police state – and simply has no place in a free society.

I wonder, do you ever sleep?! The plethora and diversity of articles you have posted here is simply amazing. You are a force to be reckoned with, that is evident by my own efforts to try and keep up with simply reading all the information you have posted here. I have been listening to your broadcasts on themicroeffect.com almost daily now for a few months and I have to say thank you.
I’d like to address the FACT that Dr. True Ott is a man in the most real way. I cannot say I totally agree or not about any of these issues, but the fact that he would suspect the NDAA bill being hyped up by the very network he is hosted on, or the fact that he would even suggest the political suicide that Ron Paul should not become president because of ties to a certain Ben Bernanke, says so much about this mans integrity. He will give you the truth as he sees it weather it alienates every last listener or not, which I would imagine not to be the easiest words rolled off his tongue. I have found little information about either of these topics concerning Dr. True Ott’s point of view but, the man has a well established respect from myself and many others so the least I could do as a listener is to keep it for consideration.
I’m not sure what security you use on your computer but I wanted to send a few ideas your way for a possible solution. I am quite fond of COMODO Firewall Pro which can be set to notify you of any IP address attempting an incoming or outgoing connection with your network. I myself am using an old install and it works great. Another plus is you don’t need anti-virus along with this firewall application because it will prompt you to accept any file changes or creation if configured properly. A good underground source for information concerning the problems with most mainstream firewall and anti-virus software I have found at attrition.org.
